Randy Endres, a fourth-generation dairy farmer, and his daughter Mara enjoy working side by side at Endres Berryridge Farms to provide wholesome food for Wisconsin residents. The Endres family owns and operates the farm and is committed to leaving the land better than they inherited it more than 100 years ago. Thanks to innovative practices, the environmental impact of producing a gallon of milk in 2017 shrunk significantly involving 31% less water, 21% less land, a 20% smaller carbon footprint and 21% less manure than it did in 2007.
